Ajang Pemilihan Duta Mahasiswa Indonesia, Putra dan Putri Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Indonesia di Rusia (Permira) Tahun 2022, membuka rangkaian peringatan HUT ke-77 Proklamasi Kemerdekaan RI di Federasi Rusia. Mohamad Herlin Idris, mahasiswa pasca sarjana bidang studi New Material and Additive Technology pada Peter The Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University di St. Petersburg dan Rosmariani Manalu yang sedang menempuh strata dua bidang pariwisata di Kazan State University, keluar sebagai pemenang dan dinobatkan menjadi Putra dan Putri Permira Tahun 2022 dalam grand final pemilihan yang digelar di KBRI Moskow pada Minggu, 17 Juli 2022.
Pemilihan Putra-Putri Permira merupakan ajang kompetisi tahunan yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan potensi dan bakat mahasiswa, memupuk semangat kebangsaan dan nasionalisme serta menjadi wadah promosi budaya Indonesia di negara akreditasi. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat ditemukan sosok mahasiswa Indonesia yang berwawasan luas, inspiratif, berbakat, dan memiliki passion untuk menjadi duta Indonesia di Rusia yang dapat merepresentasikan berbagai citra positif Indonesia dan memperkuat jalinan people-to-people contact antara mahasiswa Indonesia dengan mahasiswa Rusia serta international youth community lainnya di Rusia.
“KBRI Moskow akan senantiasa mendukung berbagai upaya positif Perhimpunan Mahasiswa Indonesia di Rusia dalam penyelenggaraan berbagai kegiatan yang dapat mengaktualisasikan peran aktif mereka sebagai generasi penerus bangsa,” ujar Duta Besar Republik Indonesia untuk Federasi Rusia merangkap Republik Belarus, Jose Tavares, dalam acara penobatan.
Secara khusus Dubes Tavares menyampaikan pesan agar kiranya pemenang Putra dan Putri Tahun 2022 yang terpilih mampu menjalankan tugasnya dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan menjadi teladan bagi rekan-rekan lainnya. ”Putra dan Putri Permira terpilih harus mampu menunjukan perseverence, memiliki kualitas dan kapabilitas diri yang “diatas rata-rata” baik dalam studi, dalam berorganisasi maupun dalam kehidupan pribadinya serta senantiasa memacu diri dan terus belajar agar menjadi manusia yang semakin baik bagi bangsa dan negara Indonesia,” pungkas Dubes Tavares.
Ketua Umum Permira Muhamad Zidni Ilman Noor menjelaskan Pemilihan Putra-Putri Permira Tahun 2022 merupakan edisi keempat dan kali kedua penyelenggaraan yang dilaksanakan berkolaborasi dengan KBRI Moskow dan Kemendikbudristek RI melalui kantor Atase Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI Moskow. ”Kami berharap kegiatan ini dapat semakin memaksimalkan potensi mahasiswa dimana ketika berada di luar negeri tidak saja fokus menuntut ilmu namun dapat menjadi wajah dalam promosi budaya Indonesia mengingat mahasiswa sehari-harinya bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat, yakni teman di kampus dan warga setempat, khususnya bangsa Rusia, ” ujar mahasiswa S1 jurusan Hubungan Internasional di Kazan State University asal Banjarmasin – Kalimantan Selatan ini.
Proses pemilihan Putra-Putri Permira Tahun 2022 telah dimulai sejak April 2022. Proses seleksi ketat berhasil menyaring 19 orang mahasiswa Indonesia untuk melanjutkan kompetisi di tahap selanjutnya yaitu pembekalan dan latihan penugasan. Pada tahap final berhasil menyaring 12 orang mahasiswa Indonesia yang terdaftar dan berdomisili di berbagai kota di Rusia, yaitu:
Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Rostov on Don, Kazan, Tomsk, Novosibirsk dan Vladivostok. Seluruh peserta yang melaju ke tahap final selanjutnya mengikuti seleksi grand final di hadapan para Dewan Juri yang berkompeten di bidangnya masing-masing, yaitu: Ripy Mangkoesoebroto (People & Culture Director PT HM Sampoerna,Tbk), Ryan Wiedaryanto (News Presenter dan GM News Production Indosiar), Leo Mokodompit (Youth Empowerment Practitioner & Senior Consultant on Training and CSR), Yoan Clara Teken (Medical Doctor/ General Practitioner, Runner-Up V Puteri Indonesia Tahun 2020 dan Putri Permira Tahun 2018) dan Adi Nuryanto (Atase Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan KBRI Moskow).
Grand Final Pemilihan Putra-Putri Permira Tahun 2022 ditayangkan secara luas melalui Youtube KBRI Moskow serta Instagram Live akun @putraputripermira dan @permiraofficial. Turut menyaksikan acara final secara virtual adalah para perwakilan Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia dari seluruh dunia, serta khalayak umum dan mahasiswa Indonesia di Rusia.
Usai dinyatakan sebagai Putra Permira 2022, Mohamad Herlin Idris menyatakan rasa bahagianya dan bertekad untuk melaksakan tanggung jawab tidak saja selama setahun ke depan namun juga menjalin kolaborasi dengan Putra Putri Permira tahun sebelumnya. “Kita akan berkembang bersama dan berupaya memulihkan dan memberdayakan himpunan alumni Rusia ke depannya,” ujar Herlin asal Bogor – Jawa Barat.
Dewan Juri juga menetapkan Tiro Hilarius Turnip asal Sidikalang – Sumatera Utara, mahasiswa S1 Manajemen Southern Federal University Rostov dan Marini Fransiska Wijaya asal Mamuju – Sulawesi Barat, mahasiswi S2 Advertising and Public Relations Ural Federal University Yekaterinburg masing-masing sebagai Wakil I Putra Putri Permira Tahun 2022. Sedangkan Wakil II Putra Putri Permira Tahun 2022 dimenangkan oleh Rifki Kusuma Wardana asal Serang – Banten, mahasiswa S1 Hubungan Internasional pada Kazan Federal University dan Jessica Laurentcia asal Jakarta, mahasiswi S2 jurusan Olahraga Tomsk State University.
Pihak panitia Pemilihan Putra – Putri Permira juga menetapkan Rifki Kusuma Wardana, mahasiswa S1 Hubungan Internasional Kazan state Univerisity asal serang – Jawa Barat sebagai content creator pria terbaik dan Sonia Erla Meldora Manullang mahasiswa S1manajemen pada Southern Federal University Rostov asal Sidikalang – Sumatera Utara sebagai content creator terbaik wanita. Sedangkan Permira wilayah Rostov on Don dinobatkan sebagai best supporter terbaik atas penyelenggaraan pemilihan Putra Putri Permira 2022 ini.
Seluruh pemenang memperoleh piala tetap dan piala bergilir serta Beasiswa Pendidikan Duta Besar RI Moskow. Pemenang dan finalis terpilih nantinya akan menjalankan masa jabatan selama setahun dengan berbagai penugasan, termasuk mendukung berbagai kegiatan diplomasi dan pengembangan kerja sama ekonomi, pariwisata, budaya dan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan KBRI Moskow.
Selain kegiatan pemilihan Putra-Putri Permira 2022, sepanjang Juli hingga Agustus ini peringatan HUT ke-77 RI yang bertema ”Pulih Lebih Cepat, Bangkit Lebih Kuat” akan diisi KBRI Moskow dengan rangkaian pertandingan olahraga, upacara bendera, pentas seni dan budaya Indonesia hingga fashion show wastra Indonesia yang melibatkan partisipasi WNI, Diaspora, Friends of Indonesia serta Korps Diplomatik di Federasi Rusia.
Sesuai data Maret 2022, tercatat 1342 warga Indonesia yang tinggal dan bekerja dengan berbagai profesi di berbagai kota di Federasi Rusia. Sebanyak 548 orang di antaranya merupakan mahasiswa program S1, S2, dan S3 mayoritas penerima beasiswa pemerintah Rusia yang belajar di berbagai perguruan tinggi di berbagai kota di Federasi Rusia, seperti Moskow, Kazan, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk, Vladivostok dan sebagainya.
