Nama Roy Sembel sangat dikenal di kalangan pebisnis Indonesia maupun dunia. Maklum, lelaki kelahiran Jakarta 1964 ini menjadi dosen di 28 universitas pada enam negara: Jepang, Korea Selatan, Taiwan, Filipina, Hongkong dan Thailand.

Juga M.Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh di bidang Corporate Finance dan Econometrics. Dan kini ia bergelar Prof. Ir. Roy H.M. Sembel, MBA, PhD, CSA, CIB.
